| Futura Design Service was founded in 1976. With a background in tool design and teaching, as well as a strong commitment to quality, the founders have built a solid and diversified design firm. Futura stays current with the latest software and technology, and looks to the future by promoting continuing education of our valued employees, as well as working with high schools and colleges to develop the skills of co-op students.

Located on the north side of Dayton, Ohio, Futura’s customer base ranges all over the United States. Communication between the customer and the designer is crucial to the success of projects, and is easily maintained through the use of e-mail, conference calls, and on-site meetings. Our strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) is beneficial for gage and fixture designs and product development of castings, stampings, machined parts, and molded parts. Every employee at Futura understands that quality and on-time delivery are critical to the customer. Reviews of designs are performed in-house and per customer requirement. Designs are always checked for quality, economy, and manufacturability. Regular reporting to the customer of the status of projects, plus schedule forecasting, insure that projects are kept on-task.
